Shipping Policy

Order Processing
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Delays: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Domestic Shipping:
Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days
International Shipping:
Standard International Shipping: 10-21 business days
Expedited International Shipping: 7-14 business days
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Tracking Information: You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International Orders: TheTrippyTees is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


5. Damages
Damaged Packages: TheTrippyTees is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Save Packaging: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Responsibility: TheTrippyTees is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.


7. PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
Limitations: We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses but please note that delivery times may be longer. Expedited shipping is not available for these addresses.


8. Shipping Restrictions
Restricted Locations: Due to certain restrictions, we may not be able to ship to some locations. If your shipping address falls into a restricted category, we will contact you to discuss alternative options.


9. Changes to Shipping Policy
Updates: TheTrippyTees reserves the right to update or change this shipping policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.

Return & Exchange Policy

1. Easy Returns
Return Window: We accept returns within 3 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.


2. How to Return
Return Process: To initiate a return, contact us at returns@thetrippytees.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with return instructions.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.


3. Refunds
Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Partial Refunds: Items that are returned damaged, used, or missing parts may qualify for a partial refund.


4. Exchanges
Exchange Requests: We offer exchanges for size or color. To request an exchange, contact us within 3 days of receiving your item.
Exchange Process: Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process the exchange and ship the new item at no additional cost. If the item is unavailable, we will issue a refund.


5. Non-Returnable Items
Exclusions: Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.


6. Damaged or Defective Items
Inspection: If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us at support@thetrippytees.com within 3 days of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.


7. Policy Updates
Changes: TheTrippyTees reserves the right to update this Return & Exchange Policy at any time. Changes will be posted here.
